How is the Minijob limit calculated?
Since October 2022 it is tied to the minimum wage: minimum wage × 130 ÷ 3, rounded up to full euros – €603 per month in 2026 and €633 in 2027.
Why 4.348 weeks per month?
A year has 52 weeks (plus a day or two); 52 ÷ 12 ≈ 4.33. Payroll often uses 4.348 (365.25 ÷ 7 ÷ 12) – the difference is small.
