No. The length is only limited by your device's memory, and there is no watermark.
Which format is the video?
Usually WebM, which plays in browsers, VLC and most editors. Some browsers produce MP4.
Can I record on my phone?
Mobile browsers do not allow screen capture. Use the built-in screen recorder of iOS or Android instead.
