Frequently asked questions
How is volumetric weight calculated?
Length × width × height in centimetres divided by the carrier's divisor, e.g. 5,000. A 50 × 40 × 30 cm box = 12 kg volumetric weight.
Which weight do I pay for?
The higher one – actual weight or volumetric weight.
How can I reduce the volumetric weight?
Use the smallest box that fits and avoid empty space; flat or compressible goods ship cheaper.
