Cancel a contract
Write a short cancellation letter for my [gym / mobile / streaming / insurance] contract with [company], customer number [number]. Cancel at the next possible date, ask for written confirmation with the end date, and revoke any direct-debit mandate from that date.
Resignation letter
Write a resignation letter to [employer] for [date], respecting my notice period of [x]. Polite, no reasons needed, ask for a qualified reference (Arbeitszeugnis) and confirmation of my last working day and remaining holiday.
Complaint about a faulty product

Tips for better results
- Always ask for a written confirmation of cancellations.
- Send important letters in a way you can prove (registered mail, fax report or email with confirmation).
