Does the timer keep running in a background tab?
Yes. It is based on the system clock, so it stays accurate even if the browser throttles background tabs. Keep the tab open.
What is the Pomodoro technique?
A time-management method: work focused for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break; after four rounds take a longer break.
Why is there no sound?
Browsers only allow audio after you interact with the page – pressing Start counts. Check that your device isn't muted.
